Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager Maintain and reconcile detailed records of the organization's investments, cash positions, and equivalents Lead the monthly close process for investment and cash reconciliations Prepare statutory filings related to invested assets, cash flow, and capital adequacy on a quarterly and annual basis Contribute to the preparation of GAAP and statutory financial statements across reporting periods Develop and distribute financial reports to senior leadership and parent company stakeholders Act as the central liaison for banking partners and manage administrative functions across all accounts Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of requested documentation Ensure adherence to internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and regulatory reporting obligations Provide ad hoc support and take on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications of the Treasury Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline At least 7 years of treasury experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (pivot tables, formulas, macros)#TreasuryManager #FinanceJobs #InsuranceJobs #StatutoryAccounting #CashManagement #InvestmentAccounting #CorporateFinance #NowHiring #FinanceCareers #AccountingJobs #LeadershipOpportunity #InsuranceFinance
