Shift Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations during a specific shift, ensuring smooth workflow, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. You will guide and support staff, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards, often acting independently when making real-time decisions. Overall production, quality, and efficiencies of the assigned shift Supervision and evaluation of subordinate personnel on the shift within Company guidelines and policies (including: training of subordinates; planning, assigning, and directing workloads; performance appraisals; rewarding, and disciplining subordinates; and addressing and resolving employee complaints.) Corrective action on conditions affecting production, quality, and efficiencies of assigned shift Communication and documentation to responsible departments and/or personnel on conditions affecting production, quality, and efficiency Assist in the development of new or changed products/processes, including the documentation of process changes Document production history of assigned shift for evaluation by supervisor Perform mold set-ups, samplings, and start-ups when needed Processing and/or troubleshooting in order to assure that quality products are being produced Expedite molding requirements to meet customer demands as required
