The ideal candidate will be comfortable working flexible hours and occasional overtime. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Production Assembler | Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with defined specifications. Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Production Assembler | Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors. Able to read, write, and interpret specifications in English. Competency in basic math. Experience with measurement tools such as microscopes is a plus. Must be able to pass an eye exam, including 20/30 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and a color vision test.
