Team Member Trainee (Sales and Marketing)

Experiential, Inc. is a standalone experiential marketing company located in Southern California, currently presented with an exciting new client opportunity. Our mission is to assist our community in accessing dependable communication services through engaging outreach initiatives. In order to broaden our reach, we are seeking to hire a Team Member Trainee specifically in the Costa Mesa area. The Team Member Trainee will collaborate with our executive team to gather and analyze data, assessing the effectiveness and profitability of each campaign to provide comprehensive reports to our clients. Team Member Trainee Responsibilities: Engage directly with consumers to educate them on available products and services and effectively facilitate the full-cycle sales process Adhere to client guidelines diligently. Convey product knowledge to potential customers efficiently. Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and boost our client's market share Integrate marketing and communications strategies with core departmental functions. Track campaigns, compile performance analysis reports, and provide recommendations for future promotions. Team Member Trainee Requirements: Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or brand management a plus but not required Able to work full time, 40 hours a week and weekends as needed Able to travel locally to events Comfortable with in-person sales and customer service
