SENIOR MANAGER, CONSOLIDATIONPittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Manager of Financial Systems & Consolidation to lead the global consolidation process and optimize financial systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP and OneStream, strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS, and a proven track record in complex multinational environments. This highly visible role partners closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting, IT, and business units around the world to drive financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Be part of a global company experiencing continuous growth and investment in digital transformation Own and shape critical finance processes across a complex, multi-entity environment Work in a collaborative, performance-driven culture with strong executive support OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR MANAGER, CONSOLIDATION ROLE: Lead the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation and close processes using OneStream Oversee administration and optimization of financial systems, primarily SAP and OneStream Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives across global finance systems Partner with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and regional controllers to ensure consistent financial data and reporting Serve as the subject matter expert for financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations Manage internal controls over financial reporting and ensure compliance with SOX requirements Support system upgrades, enhancements, and cross-functional finance transformation projects Provide training and support to finance and business users on system functionality and reporting tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR MANAGER, CONSOLIDATION : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or systems roles within large, multi-national companies ($1B+ revenue) Strong expertise in SAP (S/4HANA preferred) and OneStream (administration and end-user) Solid understanding of consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation Experience in system implementations, upgrades, and process automation Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments and regions Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving complex problems #INJUN2025 #INMAY2025 #ZRCFS #LI-BN2#LI-Hybrid
