Overview of the Account Operations Specialist role:• Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers, including authorization support and research requests.• Manage and process mailed payments, deposits, and safe deposit box delinquency notifications.• Verify deposit requests and complete various account-related tasks.• Conduct research related to credit cards, online and mobile banking, debit card products, check copies, statements, tax documents, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Preferred Qualifications for the Account Operations Specialist role:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and banking operations, including online banking applications and issue resolution.• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Truth in Savings, Regulation CC, and NACHA.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
