Human Resources CoordinatorAtlanta, GA Job Summary: The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department. This role involves administrative tasks, recruitment assistance, employee record management, onboarding, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation schedules. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Support HR compliance efforts with labor laws and company policies. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events. Process employee changes (promotions, terminations, etc.) in HR systems. Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism. Maintain HR files and databases, both digital and paper-based. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role is an asset. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, BambooHR). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
