Human Resource Representative

The PositionThis position will provide the highest quality support to the Pensacola Plant and will report directly to the Manager, Human Resources. This role will proactively provide support performing a variety of human resources duties including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, training, government compliance, and special projects.The Pensacola Manufacturing Plant has 400+ team members in a 550,000 square foot plant that manufactures upward acting garage doors.Qualifications3-5 years' experience as a human resources generalist role focused on recruitment of all levels of employees from entry level non-exempt positions to senior leadership positions in a small to medium sized organization, prefer prior corporate and/or field sales experience.Must have knowledge of full life cycle recruiting.Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and OFCCP.Computer literate with program such as Word, excel, etc.Solid payroll knowledge background; Kronos experience a plus.Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentBA Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
