Business Valuation Manger ABOUT THE ROLE:We're seeking a Business Valuation Manager to join an expanding full-service Public Accounting team. You'll step into a high-impact role with strong demand already in place, covering high-level divorce cases, shareholder disputes, estate planning, and tax compliance matters. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in public accounting and wants to do meaningful, diverse work.What You'll DoLead and manage business valuation engagements from start to finishAnalyze financials, records, and statements for accuracy and insightsPrepare IRS-compliant reports for tax and legal mattersSupport internal training and development of staffMaintain strong client relationships and support business development (not sales)Mentor junior team members and support firm-wide strategic goalsWhat You Need8 years in Business Valuation ServicesBachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/MSc Finance preferred)Public accounting experience is requiredRelevant credentials: ABV, CVA, or ASA highly preferredComfortable with Microsoft Suite; experience with ValuSource Pro a plusExperienced preparing and defending valuation reports submitted to the IRSWhy Join?
