Senior Financial Analyst's Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Perform variance analysis, identify key financial drivers, and present trends to senior leadership Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling, data-driven recommendations, and risk assessments Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Accounting, Operations, and Revenue Cycle Prepare and analyze financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Monitor budget-to-actual performance and recommend cost controls and operational improvements Assess organizational financial health and benchmark against industry standards Stay current on economic, industry, and regulatory trends that impact financial performance Senior Financial Analyst's Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with strong financial modeling capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred Prior experience in healthcare or multi-site healthcare environments required #INJUN2025 #ZRCFS #LI-TQ1 #LI-ONSITE
