The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a firm understanding of the intricacies of machinery operations. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety, the CNC Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.3. Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment, test new machinery before use, and plan for future repairs or upgrades.4. Calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure precision in operations.5. Troubleshoot issues with motors, drives, and other mechanical or electrical components.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency.7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.8. Document maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference.9. Provide technical guidance to other team members as needed.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry.2. In-depth knowledge of CNC machine maintenance, calibration, and repair.3. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.4. Excellent understanding of motors, drives, and other machinery.5. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.6. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.8. Proven ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.9. Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.10.
