If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryPosition Objective:As the Project Manager, Live Events, you will be the face of Sunbelt Rentals at live events such as sports, concerts, and festivals. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the load-in process, maintaining equipment during the event, and managing the load-out process. Your goal is to ensure that all events are completed on time and within the agreed scope. Position Responsibilities:Conduct job site analysis, perform preventative maintenance, and manage employee and project schedulesOversee the design implementation for installation, repairs, and equipment maintenanceEnsure all rental assets on the project remain operational, with immediate servicing/repairs as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentManage equipment service recordsHandle work orders from creation to billingDispose of solid and hazardous material waste responsiblyReport on equipment due for service, open work orders, and other key metricsCommunicate daily with the Strategic Customer Support Representative assigned to each projectLiaise with customers and event representatives onsite and oversee project installation and tear downManage travel and accommodations within the company's travel policyPromote safety awareness on the job siteRequirements:Education & Experience:Focus on festival business as a Project Manager, Live EventsTransition into service work as needed during downtimeFollow the QM PathConduct Customer Safety Training with a maximum class size of 5Handle Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Admin Work as currently assignedComply with OSHA 10 requirementsCPR/First Aid certification is recommendedAttend and professionally contribute to team meetings and planning sessionsPlan your own travel and accommodationsBase Pay Range: $63,520.00 - 87,340.00Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
