Machine Operator (Production)

A-Line is now hiring a Machine Operator in Columbus, NE. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Machine Operator Highlights · Hours are Monday - Friday 4PM-12AM · This position is a contract assignment to start and we are looking to make this position a permanent hire. Must be willing to work overtime and be available for occasional weekend shifts Machine Operator Responsibilities ·         Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting ·         Maintain accurate records and logs per FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards ·         Support team goals and objectives through effective teamwork ·         Follow standard operating procedures and routine practices under general supervision ·         Make effective, routine decisions related to assigned tasks Machine Operator Requirements: ·         High school diploma or equivalent ·         Basic skills in tasks, techniques, and procedures within a production environment ·         Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications ·         Perform basic math calculations ·         Effective verbal communication skills ·         Ability to work flexible or extended hours, with consistent and punctual attendance ·         Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities ·         Strong team collaboration skills If you think this Machine Operator is a good fit for you, please reach out to me by e-mail, or apply to this posting!
