Apply now and take the next step in your career with CornerStone Staffing! Collections RepresentativeLocation Fort Worth, TX | OnsiteCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE• $20-21/hr BOE• 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Mon-Sat, rotating Saturdays with weekday off• W2 Assignment• Start Date: July 7th - Will interview on June 10thROLE IMPACTAs a Collections Representative, you will help minimize delinquencies by managing inbound and outbound customer communications related to payments and account balances. Your work ensures financial recovery and fosters positive customer experiences, especially for early-stage delinquency accounts in the automotive industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding live and terminated auto accounts• Collect payments via phone, quick collect, or written communication• Negotiate payment plans and follow up on arrangements and unresolved balances• Perform skip tracing and assign repossession orders when necessary• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve escalations and customer complaintsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred• 1-2 years' experience in customer service or collections• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)• Agile, adaptable, and team-orientedCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS• Phone-based CRM systems• Payment collection platforms• Skip tracing tools• Internal compliance and reporting systemsPREFERRED SKILLS• Automotive industry experience• Bilingual (Spanish/English)• Familiarity with lease-end financial termsLEGAL NOTICEBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
