Job Title: Operations Manager - Heavy Civil ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 10 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and oversee heavy civil construction operations, including concrete paving, heavy highway, bridge construction, and utility work. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, with a strong background in both project management and estimating.
