Staffing Recruiter

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in a variety of roles, while also managing payroll processing for assigned employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruiting, and a solid understanding of payroll functions. Work Experience Recruitment & Staffing:Source and screen candidates using various recruiting platforms and strategiesConduct interviews and match candidates with suitable job openingsMaintain strong relationships with both clients and candidatesCoordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finishTrack applicant data, update job postings, and maintain ATS recordsMonitor and manage employee onboarding and documentationPayroll Administration:Collect and process weekly timecards for assigned employeesEnter and verify payroll data for accuracy and complianceCoordinate with accounting/payroll team to ensure timely paymentsHandle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve discrepanciesMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
