Direct Hire opportunity for Lamination Operators (multiple positions available) located in Attleboro MA The Lamination Operator plays a crucial role in the durable goods manufacturing process by ensuring that laminated products meet quality standards and specifications. This position involves operating and maintaining lamination machinery, which is essential for enhancing the durability and aesthetic appeal of various products. The operator will be responsible for monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary adjustments to machinery to optimize performance. Shifts Day Shift: Monday - Friday:12 hours/day Rotating Day Shift: 6am-6pm (Rotation is 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on shift) Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 6pm-6am As a Lamination Operator, you will:Operate and maintain lamination machines to produce high-quality laminated products.Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.Conduct regular quality checks on laminated materials to ensure they meet specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery or production issues that arise during the manufacturing process.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. You will need the following to succeed in this role:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operation.Preferred Qualifications:Experience specifically in lamination processes or related fields.Metal Etching experienceTechnical certification in manufacturing or machinery operation.Familiarity with quality control standards and practices. Pay rate: $27 - $37/hr.
