This role is responsible for meeting production objectives while ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and quality standards are upheld across all functions.Client DetailsMy client is a well-established food manufacturing company.DescriptionLead plant operations with a focus on safety, cost control, and quality.Oversee blending and packaging processes including dry goods and powders.Manage warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving logistics.Monitor production schedules, fill rates, and on-time delivery metrics.Analyze labor and production efficiency to identify and implement improvements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, QA, HR).Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal SOPs.Supervise, train, and develop team members across production, warehouse, and maintenance.Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.Participate in equipment maintenance oversight and capital planning.Profile5-10 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.Degree in Business, Food Science, or related field strongly preferred.Experience with SQF, production scheduling, sanitation, and quality systems.Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.Effective communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills.Job OfferCompetitive salary Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))Opportunity to lead in am established companyCollaborative team culture and room to growMichael Page will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
