Senior Commodity Trader - Relocate

GPAC has partnered with a well-established, family-owned agricultural organization in South Central Pennsylvania to identify an experienced Senior Commodity Trader. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing grain origination and trading strategies for corn, wheat, and soybeans, supporting both internal feed milling operations and external marketing initiatives.This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in commodity markets, builds strong supplier networks, and is driven to deliver consistent results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and implement grain origination and trading strategiesAnalyze market trends and conditions to guide buying decisionsBuild and maintain strong supplier and producer relationshipsEnsure efficient, cost-effective, and timely grain procurementCollaborate with internal teams in feed milling, logistics, and marketingQualifications:15 years of experience in grain trading and procurementStrong knowledge of production agriculture and regional grain marketsProven negotiation and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with how grain commodities are traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and how market activity informs procurement strategyCompensation & Benefits:Base salary range: up to $190,000Bonus potential: Up to 12% annuallyPotential for relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits package including medical, retirement, and PTOSupportive team culture with strong long-term growth potentialPlease submit a resume for consideration.
