Customer Support Trainee responsibilities: Engage directly with business owners and customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate Verizon products and services. Educate customers on the latest wireless and internet technology solutions, employing effective customer service and sales techniques. Cultivate enduring relationships with business owners and customers to guarantee continued satisfaction post-product delivery. Work closely with the Customer Service Representative and sales team to develop and implement strategies that boost sales and customer acquisition. Deliver outstanding customer service to promptly resolve any customer issues or concerns. Stay current with Verizon's product offerings, service enhancements, new upgrades, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with fellow VCustomer Support Trainees and senior leadership to formulate and execute successful sales strategies. Customer Support Trainee qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in a client-facing position is a plus Customer Support Trainee key attributes: Driven by sales, customer service, and interpersonal interactions. Exceptional communication and people skills. Eager to advance within the organization and develop leadership abilities. Thrives in dynamic, target-driven settings. Highly motivated and takes initiative in engaging customers. Open to learning and participating in training programs.
