Details of the Telecommunications Customer Service Representative Role: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and desires to tailor solutions and exceed expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. As a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative, you will promote our clients products and services while showcasing your passion for superior customer service. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, upsell any necessary services, contributing ideas for process sales order improvements and service negotiations. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products and services released, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights. Telecommunications Customer Service Representative Requirements: Previous experience in the retail and/or hospitality industry, such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, or store based establishments. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create genuine connections and build rapport. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns and resolve issues with tact and professionalism. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
