The Legal Recruiting Specialist will play a key role in managing the recruitment efforts for entry level attorneys in the firm's San Francisco office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Client DetailsThis global firm is committed to maintaining high standards in the legal industry and fostering a supportive work environment. The firm is operating on a 4 days onsite, 1 from home hybrid schedule.DescriptionManage end-to-end entry-level lawyer recruitment processes.Coordinate and oversee on-campus recruiting events and job fairs.Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and processes.Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Develop and maintain relationships with law schools and other professional networks.Monitor market trends to stay informed about industry standards and best practices.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
