Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a CMMS Administrator to support, maintain, and continuously improve the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across multiple departments. This role will partner closely with maintenance teams to enhance maintenance processes, data management, and project tracking. The ideal candidate will also provide technical support, training, and assist with troubleshooting maintenance systems and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain CMMS software for preventive and predictive maintenance programsPartner with maintenance technicians on equipment support and project needsPerform data validation, reporting, and process improvements within CMMSMaintain inventory records, parts management, and equipment documentationAssist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systemsSupport the installation and validation of new equipmentCollaborate across departments to drive system improvements and equipment reliabilityEnsure adherence to safety protocols and proper record keepingPerform other maintenance and technical support duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience with CMMS platforms preferredKnowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance practicesStrong mechanical aptitude; able to assist with equipment troubleshooting and repairsAbility to read technical instructions and solve practical problemsFamiliarity with inventory management and parts orderingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight spaces and on laddersOn-call and overtime availability as neededBasic math skills and computer proficiency requiredApply directly or reach out to Ashley Olson, 515-461-2013.
