This position offers steady hours, a team-oriented environment, and the potential for long-term growth. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Production Assembler | Responsibilities: Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices Operate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot as needed Perform quality inspections in accordance with established guidelines Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed Production Assembler | Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Flexible to work overtime required 1+ year in manufacturing or assembly required Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Able to read and interpret documents and perform basic math Comfortable using tools of measurement such as microscopes Capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Flexible to work overtime and maintain consistent attendance Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred Take the Next Step!
