Project Manager II Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware. Required Qualifications: · A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field · 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry · Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities · Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater · Possess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactions · Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications · Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries · Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills · Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail · Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: ·         Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects ·         Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation ·         Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members ·         Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns ·         Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met ·         Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors ·         Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies ·         Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients ·         Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards ·         Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders ·         Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers ·         Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits ·         Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers Benefits: ·         Hybrid Work Schedule ·         Training, Professional Development and Career Pathing ·         Casual Dress Code ·         Employee Referral Bonus ·         Health Benefits ·         Company paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term Disability ·         Paid Time Off ·         Holidays ·         401K Plan ·         Pet Friendly Environment   Our Project Managers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.   Interested?
