Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, providing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support. Own full P&L financial support for key business units, including period-end close and variance analysis. Develop and maintain KPIs that measure performance and track key business initiatives. Lead complex financial modeling efforts to support new projects, initiatives, and investments. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that help drive profitability and operational improvements. Leverage data tools and systems to streamline financial reporting and enhance forecasting accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing to align financial goals with business strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multi-unit or complex environment. Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and tools such as Power BI. Exceptional analytical capabilities and a results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to translate data into business insights and action. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across departments.
