This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to lead, manage, and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, content creation, digital marketing, customer retention, and customer loyalty programs. Responsibilities:As the Marketing Director, you will be entrusted with an array of responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our organization. These will include:1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives.2. Overseeing the creation and execution of effective branding strategies to increase brand awareness and reputation.3. Leading the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and more.4. Managing all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.5. Developing and executing customer retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and reduce churn.6. Designing and managing customer loyalty programs that incentivize repeat business and enhance customer engagement.7. Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.9. Managing marketing budget and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure return on investment.10. Collaborate with CMO on all marketing functions. Manage and mentor the marketing team membersQualifications:The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a strategic marketing3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.4. Exceptional knowledge of branding, content creation, digital marketing, customer retention, and customer loyalty programs.5. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements6. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.7. Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.8. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate marketing campaigns and market data.9.
