Strong year over year growth Flexible PTO 100% Paid Health Benefits Yearly bonuses!Job DetailsThe ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of tax experience and a strong understanding of various tax forms and regulations. The CPA will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and providing tax planning and consulting services to our clients. Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (experience with Forms 1040, 1040-NR, 1120, 1120S, 1065 is required) 80% Review/20% Prep Prepare and review Forms 5472 and 5471 (the experience with these forms are highly desirable - not required) Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses. Stay up to date on new tax laws and regulations.
