Position Overview:We are seeking a Staff Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and process optimization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to contribute to a growing and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage tasks related to period-end closes and financial reporting. Perform general ledger maintenance and posting. Execute balance sheet account reconciliations. Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and US GAAP principles. Identify and communicate significant adjustments, errors, or journal entries to senior accounting leadership. Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of accounting experience (required). Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
