This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of construction services, and can confidently manage the end-to-end quoting process to support business growth.Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to construction service projects. Prepare accurate and competitive bids, proposals, and quotes based on project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements. Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field service teams to gather necessary information for pricing and scope development. Track and follow up on submitted bids and proposals to drive closure and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Maintain CRM records with up-to-date customer interactions, quote status, and project details. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and procurement teams. Interpret construction documents (blueprints, specifications, etc.) to develop accurate scopes of work. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services to existing clients. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination as needed.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or quoting within the construction or service industry. Strong understanding of construction bidding processes, RFQs, and RFPs. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with estimating software is a plus. Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and a collaborative attitude.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mechanical, electrical, or general contracting services. Knowledge of local and regional construction markets. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.Interested in hearing more?
