A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A license to practice law in NY State.3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in energy, utility or regulatory law.4. Proven experience in representing clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation.5. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.6. A deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, and policy issues impacting the energy and utility industries.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice.8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.9. Ability to handle a high volume of work and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.11.
