Advocate for men's rights and father's rights, addressing any potential bias against men in family court. Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Conduct in-depth legal research and gather evidence to support client cases. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and contracts. Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes favorably for clients. Actively participate in trials and hearings, presenting evidence, cross-examining witnesses, and making compelling arguments in court. Collaborate with colleagues and staff to manage cases effectively using case management software like Clio. Maintain updated knowledge of changes in family law and court procedures. Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong client relationships.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Maryland. Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a focus on men's rights and father's rights advocacy. Proven trial experience and strong litigation skills. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience with case management software, preferably Clio. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
