Staffing Assistant

Job Description This is an in-office role in West Chicago, IL 60185. This is not a remote or hybrid position.As a Staffing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. By helping to connect qualified candidates with the right opportunities, you'll ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for applicants and hiring teams alike. Your work will directly contribute to building strong, capable teams and driving organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates across various roles and departments.Maintain and manage application workflows and ensure accurate, up-to-date personnel records in HR systems.Organize and coordinate hiring events, new hire orientations, and other onboarding activities to promote a smooth entry into the organization.Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and assistance throughout the hiring process.Ensure full compliance with staffing regulations, internal procedures, and company policies, contributing to an efficient and ethical recruitment environment.Work Experience Bilingual (English and Spanish)Have 1-2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced environmentBe highly organized and able to multitask effectivelyPossess strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google programsShow adaptability to changing needs and prioritiesAbility to commute to West Chicago, IL Monday through FridayBenefits ÅŒnin believes that your health is important.
