As part of these efforts, we are actively seeking driven individuals to be Account Manager Trainees for a global telecommunications brand. If you're interested in testing your sales and people skills in more of a leadership role, this role is definitely for you! You will be instrumental in driving AT&T's business-to-business sales while you learn the ins and outs of supporting a team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee: Act as the main contact for clients, nurturing strong, lasting relationships and managing their accounts. Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions. Develop and execute strategies with other Account Manager Trainees and sales team members focused on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by recommending relevant services or solutions. Track and analyze client performance data, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare and present regular account updates, presentations, and performance evaluations to clients. Remain informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and the competitive environment. Requirements to be an Account Manager Trainee: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Prior role in customer service or a similar client-facing role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal ab Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Effectively manage multiple accounts and projects at once A proactive approach to addressing client needs. Experience in sales, business development, or consulting is an advantage Can work on-site
