Heavy Equipment Mechanic We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills in electrical and hydraulic systems and be capable of completing preventative maintenance on vehicle chassis components such as fluids, fuels, and lubrication.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret schematics for electrical and hydraulic systemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections on equipment systemsConduct and document "check-in" and "check-out" inspections on fleet equipmentEnsure all repairs comply with DOT and OEM standards to return equipment to "Ready to Rent" statusAccurately complete all required documentation of work performedRequirements:Minimum 3 years of verifiable mechanical experienceStrong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsAbility to read technical data, schematics, and drawingsMust supply a basic set of hand tools (specialty tools provided)Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently or as part of a teamField service travel and training attendance requiredWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1Profit SharingMatching 401(k)Paid Holidays, Sick Time, and VacationGym Membership ReimbursementCompany-Paid Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term DisabilityPlease submit a resume for consideration.
