Regulatory Assessor

Our Client, a Public Utilities company, is looking for a Regulatory Assessor for their Philadelphia, PA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: Regularity, deals with compliance and response from the state commission in Harrisburg. Customers send complaints and they do intakes every hour. Can receive 70-100 an hour. Gives a response to the complaint. This person will be taking the decisions the PUC gives and putting them in the system and give to the correct department. Assisting with KPIs which tracks how long the response time was.  Requirements: Familiar with extracting date and explaining data. Interpreting the response. Can extract data Familiar with compliance and responding to compliance. Can work quickly and efficiently 1+ year of experience, we can train. Previous utilities experience would be helpful CCNB experience would be great too Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required Why Should You Apply?
