Account ManagerLocation: Remote (Local to Bentonville, AR is a HUGE PLUS, at least must live near an airport)Job ID: #71117Pay Range: $32-$36/hrW2 Contract, Must be a US Citizen. Please no C2C. Account Manager will manage products for leading manufacturer of Fire Safety Products with large retail accounts reporting to the Director of Retail Sales. Applicants should have the experience with developing and executing channel growth strategies; go to market strategies; promotional and business planning to generate: customer loyalty, grow sales, and margin within the U.S. retail channels. The position is fully remote. Responsibilities:Support the go-to-market strategy with existing U.S. retail customers, focusing on Walmart and Sam's ClubDevelop a balanced strategy to drive channel competition while defending and improving overall segment positioningPartner with the Trade Marketing team for alignment on business GTM strategy with a focus on year over year sales and profitability growth across all categories and customersWorking closely with Demand-Supply Planning teams, lead timely input for S&OP process for the right balance between on time delivery and inventory turnover goalsActively participates in strategic planning, process improvement, and problem resolution across functionsBuild alignment amongst promotional activities across various retail customers and commercial channels; maintain a promotional calendar to be used in strategy alignmentIdentify and support new or existing opportunities via merchandising and trade programs for further growth, track progress of return on trade marketing spendingPeriodically review category sales across channels to ensure the right mix and balance between channels and customersSupport strategic retail sales team in tracking and reporting of the growth initiatives as part of financial periodic forecastingDrive periodic generation and executive reporting of business insights based on channel POS data and market trendsPartner with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to support product positioning efforts with customer specific requirements Qualifications:Retail Link software experience required.HS Diploma or GED required, BA/BS degree w/2+ years' experience is preferred.Must possess excellent verbal communication, customer service skills, presentation skills, problem solving, and project management experienceAbility to work with an established sales channel to meet quota and can document & execute sales strategies for the assigned accountProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)This is a remote role that will be based near a major US airportRequired to be a US Citizen or Person (NO C2C) Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
