Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Rate: $60k Depending on Experience Job Summary: Reliable and fast-paced worker to assist with the operation of the warehouse including receiving, stocking, processing as well as overseeing picking, packing and distribution activity. Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of all processes within the warehouse team. Ability to assist and train Warehouse staff. Responsible for communication with Operations Manager on status of warehouse systems and processes. Organize activities and assign jobs accordingly for staff when needed. Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. Manage stock control: storage requirements, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & unloading, document recording and data entry into system. Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). Handle vendor returns safely and accurately. Stage finished product for loading. Load finished product onto truck. Clean and maintain work area. Move waste from assembly line to dumpsters. Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Four years or more of previous warehouse or stock room experience needed. Forklift experience needed. Team or department lead experience desired. Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience needed. Consistently hit deadlines and time restraints. Ability to multi-task throughout the day. Trouble-shoot problems. Excellent work ethic. Strong communication skills.
