The Investment Management Staff is responsible for planning and executing the company's investment projects to enhance productivity and efficiency within the company. This role includes overseeing new construction and equipment acquisitions, upgrades of existing equipment or environment, budget management, project coordination, and performance evaluation. The goal is to support the stable operation of production through seamless management of investment. Responsibilities include: 1. Investment Planning and Execution • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the necessity of construction, equipment investments. • Develop investment strategies based on production capacity, process efficiency, and quality improvement goals and etc purposes. • Manage projects for the procurement and installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems. 2. Project Management • Oversees project timelines, budgets, and quality control for each investment item • Manage project schedule performance vs target schedule • Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate the issues as they arise. 3. Budget Management • Prepare and manage the equipment investment budget. • Conduct cost analysis and evaluate return on investment (ROI). • Allocate budget efficiently, evaluate the performance vs budget • navigate the invoicing and payment history, and establish the investment cost forecast • Analysis of CAPEX vs FCST, and prepare the countermeasure for budget issues 4. Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with construction, production, purchasing, quality, and engineering teams and mitigate any kind of investment related issues. • Maintain effective communication with external vendors and suppliers, and mitigate any kind of investment-related issues Experience and Qualifications/Skills: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • 3 - 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or relevant experience • Strong interest in the automotive industry and a basic understanding of the manufacturing process • Investment management experience • Strong computer skills required, including ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Manufacturing Legacy System • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred due to regular collaboration with Korean Headquarters • Able to work flexible hours occasionally to support team needs • Ability to multitask and solve complex problems. • Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
