You'll work with discerning clients on multimillion-dollar estates, guiding them through the creative process with both artistic excellence and emotional intelligence to ensure they feel confident and excited every step of the way. What You'll Do: Lead the design vision for large-scale estate and high-end residential landscape projects. Serve as the primary design liaison for clients, architects, and builders"”translating their lifestyle needs and preferences into thoughtful landscape solutions. Present design concepts with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, helping clients visualize and fall in love with the proposed vision. Collaborate closely with Clearview's operations and construction teams to ensure project feasibility, alignment, and successful handoff. Build strong client relationships by being proactive, attentive, and passionate about the design process. What You Bring: Licensed architect credentials are a major plus and highly valued in this role. 5+ years of experience in high-end landscape design or architecture, with a portfolio showcasing luxury residential work. A strong passion for design and a natural ability to engage and excite clients. Proficiency in design tools (CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and the ability to clearly communicate design ideas both visually and verbally.
