See additional details below. Global Trade Coordinator Highlights • The pay for this position is $34.11 per hour • 8-hour shift • Remote position • This position is a full-time contract. Responsibilities • Manage updates to export shipments based on information from regional centers, suppliers, and logistics providers • Coordinate international shipments of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery • Maintain and update logistics calendars, booking data, and trucker milestones • Monitor container movement through the import process, working closely with logistics partners • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with global trade regulations, including export classifications and customs clearance • Host daily meetings with outbound teams and logistics partners to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery excellence, compliance, and cost optimization Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or international shipping • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Advanced English language skills • Knowledge of SAP preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Available • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates If you are interested in this Global Trade Coordinator position, APPLY, or contact 153366Maintain Error Log by Cash Application Specialist and Error typeEnsure understanding and operational implementationPerform duties such as scheduling meetings, calendar upkeep, expense reporting, and other assistant duties for the Operations Division of ERMDAssign project codes, verify firm rates by staff member, and maintain invoicing logDiscuss the health and status of the programExecute necessary training, and methods, to ensure appropriate understanding and competency of the framework Administrative CompliancePerformed in accordance with Access's Environmental, Health and Safety GuidelinesWork closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high quality, scalable products deployed around the worldProvide administrative support to the Director of Risk and Safety and Risk and Safety Team/liWork directly at the individual site-level to establish appropriate/best practices - most likely to occur at takeover of acquisition or development projectsEnsure SLAs and SSAE compliance with vendors and 3rd party providers of key services to First Tennessee and customersEnsure proper compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, corporate and hospital policies and procedures, and implement risk, quality assessment and improvement programs within the hospitalPromote continuous surveillance of potential hazards and risks in the environment from the perspective of patients, staff and visitorsDevelop slides and other communication tools and make periodic presentations to share trend information with key stakeholdersVerify all Security Advisors are approved to drive on company businessCompiling and maintaining processand procedure documentation as well as any submission reconciliation projectsMaintain in conjunction with the Director of the Department a system for trending & analysis of reported incidents, complaints, and claim to identify areas requiring management attentionRequesting lease files, TM information, product information, and other requested information as directed in response to litigation and discovery requests by the SrFollow Company guidelines and procedures (CBTs, training, timecards, e-mail, training)Assist the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk and Safety with renewal preparation and risk analysis
