Please apply or call one of us to learn more For further inquiries regarding the following opportunity, please contact one of our Talent Specialists: Suthees at 224 369 4243 Amit at 224 507 1290 Title: Project Coordinator (Remote) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months The position can be remote, but the candidate must be able to support working East Coast hours from 7 AM-4 PM. Purpose of Position: This role oversees vendor coordination for Engineering, Furnishing, and Installation (EFandI) programs within CoC-Engineering Services. Role works cross-functionally with internal program stakeholders to understand overall schedule and milestones. Position is responsible for coordinating vendor(s) schedule(s), providing feedback to internal program stakeholders, and ensuring work coverage for program milestones. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the program scheduler to understand the master schedule for the program. Work to identify resource gaps and address them with vendors and internal stakeholders. Outline schedule(s) for supporting vendor(s) and provide feedback on required schedule adjustments to internal stakeholders. Outline reporting requirements to vendors and validate timely updates are provided. Support daily construction plan meetings. Hold weekly schedule discussions with contractors to ensure production is matching committed dates and understand resource needs for anticipated volume. Collaborate with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure vendors have the required documentation to support scheduled jobs (prints, permits, purchase orders, etc.). Develop and maintain effective working relationships with active vendor(s). Document and track vendor performance. Assist vendor services team in vendor utilization of vendor Site Tracker portal. Communicate timelines for vendor provided deliverable(s). Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree in BA or BS 3 Years experience in coordination and/or scheduling roles (training, project, administrative, vendor-facing) Excellent organizational skills Strong practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Strong communication skills. Vendor conflict resolution. Sitetracker experience a plus. Outside Plant (OSP) Telecommunications knowledge a plus.
