Quality Control Technician

QUALITY CONTROL - CONCRETEQC Professional - Various Levels (Precast Concrete Focused) will perform the duties, including but not limited to, the following:Assist all production and delivery personnel in the efficient movement and quality production from start to finish.Interact with State, County, and independent inspection personnelMaintain clear and precise records according to internal QC/ILDOT ProgramPre-pour and post-pour inspection of precast concrete products to assure products conform to specificationsTesting of concrete to assure concrete meets project specificationsPerform moisture test and sieve analysisSpread test/SlumpMaintain a clean and safe work areaOther duties as assigned by QC ManagerQualifications and Skills Required:Minimum 2 full years CONCRETE OR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCEMust be able to read and understand shop drawingsACI Concrete field Testing Grade 1PCI I and or NPCA preferred but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 40lbsGood attendance and positive attitude is a mustAll QC personnel must be team players, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast past environment.Please email your resume to  for more information on this position.
