Estimator

The Construction Junior Estimator is responsible for preparing preliminary budgets, milestone cost estimates, and final bid proposals for various types of commercial & multifamily construction projects in San Diego. Will build effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will oversee project teams and will participate in business development and client engagement.Client DetailsOur client is a San Diego-based GC with multiple multi-family and commercial projects in the San Diego Area.
