This firm has been aggressively expanding on multiple fronts this year and is actively searching for a talented Trust & Estates Associate to join their growing group.Why join us?401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceJob DetailsQualifications • 4-6+ years of experience practicing as a trusts and estates attorney • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • Admission to the New York Bar (required) • Admission to the Connecticut and/or Massachusetts Bar is a plus (or eligibility to waive in) • Experience drafting complex estate planning documents, including various trust structures • Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax laws • Experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate court • Familiarity with estate and trust tax returns is requiredSkills and Attributes • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Attention to detail and high standards of performance • Professional, collaborative, and client-focused demeanor • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively • Military experience is welcomed and valuedBilling Requirement • Minimum of 1,800 billable hours annuallyInterested in hearing more?
