This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a key role in our litigation process, providing essential support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth running of our legal operations. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury Paralegal experience.Responsibilities:As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:1. Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, drafting legal documents, and coordinating witness preparation.2. Managing case files and maintaining case management software, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.3. Coordinating scheduling and calendaring for attorneys, including depositions, court dates, and client meetings.4. Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support case development.5. Handling e-filing protocols and docketing6. Answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury.2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal case management software.3. Knowledge of e-filing protocols and experience using the WebTMS trademark docketing system.4. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.5. Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.8.
