The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential elevators, stair lifts, and platform lifts. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Install residential elevator systems and lifting equipment according to technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer specificationsPerform maintenance checks, safety inspections, and emergency repairs on installed elevator systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesWork closely with homeowners, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely and quality installationsMaintain accurate service records and submit detailed reports on work performedFollow all local, state, and federal safety codes and company protocolsProvide courteous, professional service to customers during site visitsTravel to job sites within the service area; occasional overnight stays may be requiredQualifications:Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation manualsValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spacesMust be able to lift 75+ lbs and work at heightsInterested in hearing more?
