Job Responsibilities & Key Qualities:The coordinator will attend in-house training for a minimum of one month at our Spring, TX, officeWill remain an in-office role until management agrees that hybrid role can commenceTrack shipments and resolve issues between customers, carriers, and the sales teamBuild and maintain positive customer relationshipsMonitor and respond to daily emails and phone callsQuote multiple transit modes (Expedited, FTL, PTL) and offer proactive solutionsBuild, source, and schedule shipments; daily bidding on our customer's online portalsNegotiate, dispatch, and assign carriers with a sense of urgencyCollaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and colleaguesStrong written and verbal communication, with professional phone and email etiquetteAbility to multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detailStrong organizational, planning, and execution skillsSelf-motivated, critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesCross-train in other logistics functions as neededParticipate in team meetings to foster productivity and efficiencyProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Punctual and reliable with good attendanceCompensation and Benefits:Competitive base salaryCommission opportunities after a 90-day probationary periodComprehensive benefits package, including Health & Dental InsurancePTO and 401K match after a 90-day probationary periodPlease send your resume to
