Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Own all sales activities within a defined geographic territory Provide clinical support during procedures, ensuring product use and surgeon satisfaction Develop and grow relationships with orthopedic surgeons, surgical teams, and supply chain staff Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals Work collaboratively with Associate Sales Reps and regional leadershipQualifications: 2+ years of orthopedic, spine, or medical device sales experience required Proven record of sales performance and quota attainment Strong OR presence and understanding of surgical procedures Driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindsetInterested in hearing more?
