We've been in business for over 40 years and take pride in our work.Why join us?Competitive Compensation $25-$40 an hourGreat BenefitsRoom for GrowthWell Ventilated FacilityOTJob DetailsSet up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders for large and small componentsProgram, set up, and run CNC lathes and mills (G-code/M-code experience preferred)Perform roughing, finishing, and close-tolerance machining on steel, stainless, and other industrial materialsRead and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprintsPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators)Work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processesSafely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy parts when neededWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in both manual and CNC machiningAbility to work independently from blueprints and setup sheetsExperience with large-diameter parts, shafts, or rolls is a plusFamiliarity with G-code editing, setup, and tooling selectionStrong attention to detail and qualityComfortable in a job shop environment with varying project typesInterested in hearing more?
